Residential Projects

Creating a successful residential landscape starts with getting to know our clients. An initial meeting on-site is necessary to converse about our client's desires and the potential of the site along with any limitations. We have found that taking our clients out for a round of golf, a hike, or a tour of local projects further enhances the professional relationship. Once we can determine what the client is looking to accomplish we start the design phase.

Conceptual Design

  • In the conceptual design phase we offer different design solutions, plant ideas, material ideas. At this point in the project we send quick sketches and photographs to portray the overall vision we have for the site. In a conceptual entry plan we will focus on the sequence of events that take place as an individual enters the site. The conceptual ideas are refined into the form of a final rendered concept plan.
