Planning Projects
At Mostatabi & Associates, we have experience in a wide range of conceptual planning projects. In Placerville, California we helped a community offer alternative solutions to a site that was poised for a controversial residential development. We teamed up with ON Architects in Europe to create an office building concept for an international competition. We offered our contract services by going to Nigeria to study and photograph five cities that were poised for redevelopment. In Mill Valley, CA we designed entry signage and planting for a small commercial property. We have also worked on a disaster victim prototype community that was created to show how a temporary housing community can transition into a permanent community.
