What if we never had to see another blank CMU block wall. This vine is has climbed from the ground and overtaken a vintage neon sign.  If the owners added some galvanized steel wires across the rest of the wall,  they could have a full on green wall.

I always enjoy heading to the mountains just east of San Diego.  We can get so caught up in the urban and beach environments that we forget about the pristine meadows and pine forests in east county.  Here are a few photos I snapped on my most recent mountain bike ride.
